The Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) is an exercise created by AJ&Smart as an easy way to help your team make faster decisions and find quick direction. This includes several exercises that help improve brainstorming.
The Sailboat Exercise helps teams define a vision of where they want to go. Then, the exercise will help them identify risks, what slows them down, and what contributes to them achieving their objectives.

A Lightning Decision Jam helps teams identify and prioritize problems. It also generates solutions and helps you to decided the next steps which was a Design Sprint. We found in the LDJ that there was one major issue and it was connecting clients to coaches instantly. We wanted to come up with a way to connect them without any lag such as Noomii.com. While someone is motivated, it is important for them to select a coach or set up a free consultation. This new discovery showed the importance doing a Design Sprint.
